2. Assumption of Risk

Use of FurHomie and participation in playdates is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Pet owners are solely responsible for:

• Assessing their dog's social needs and compatibility with other dogs
• Supervising their dog at all times
• Ensuring their dog meets local vaccination and licensing requirements
• Managing their dog's behavior and preventing conflicts or injuries
• Choosing safe, appropriate meeting locations and times

3. No Professional Services

FurHomie is a community social platform, NOT a veterinary service, dog training service, behavioral service, pet sitting service, boarding service, dating service, or matchmaking service. Never substitute PetPoofs information for professional advice from a licensed veterinarian, trainer, or behaviorist.

While research suggests dogs may benefit from social interaction, individual outcomes vary widely and are not guaranteed. PetPoofs makes no claims about health, behavioral, social, psychological, or relational outcomes. Each dog is unique with different social needs and preferences.

• User injuries, conflicts, or disputes
• Loss or theft of property

• False or misleading information provided by users
• Incidents occurring at events or locations
• Undetected content violations or harmful user conduct
